Each is a projection in z of 2 µm. Scale bars 2 µm. (B) Quantification of αTubulin intensity in untreated (n = 115), 1 hr nocodazole (n = 21) and 2 hr nocodazole (n = 87) treated cells (left to right, respectively), demonstrating the requirement for 2 hr incubation with nocodazole to ensure loss of the mitotic spindle.
