Video 12. GAPM3-YFP expressing parasites expressing Cb-Halo were imaged every 6 min for 5 hr, F-actin can be seen initially connecting the basal end of the parasites before accumulating beneath the forming daughter cells where it appears to concentrate towards the rear of the new daughters during emergence and recycling of the maternal IMC.
