Training workshop on reproducibility at the plant biology conference in Montreal

Join eLife Ambassadors’ workshop on practical approaches to achieving rigour and reproducibility in science at Plant Biology 2018

eLife Ambassadors will be holding a reproducibility workshop at Plant Biology 2018, a joint meeting of the American Society of Plant Biologists, Canadian Society of Plant Biologists/Societe Canadienne de Biologie Vegetale and the International Society of Photosynthesis Research in Montreal.

The workshop is designed to provide actionable advice, equipping participants with tools that they can implement in their own work. It will be delivered by:

Benjamin Schwessinger, Australian National University, Australia, eLife Ambassador

Sonali Roy, Noble Research Institute, USA

Lenny Teytelman, Protocols.io

The ASPB is hosting the ‘Reproducibility for Everyone’ workshop on Sunday, July 15 from 11:10am - 12:30pm. Participants are invited to pre-register.

The workshop is part of a larger initiative to help researchers achieve greater reproducibility of their work, supported by Protocols.io, Addgene, CodeOcean and others. The organisers are currently inviting the wider scientific community to contribute with resources they know and use (read more: eLife Ambassadors: Practical way to support rigour and reproducibility in science).
