First, we replaced the words "predicted" and “predictions” by “modelled” and “model estimates”, respectively, related to the data shown in Figure 5. This was done because data shown in Figure 5, does not show the main predictive outcome of our modelling approach and therefore the term "predicted" could be misleading in interpreting the context and meaning of this data. The main outcome of our modelling approach is shown in Figure 6. Secondly, in the Materials and methods section, we added three sentences to specify the lower and upper bounds applied to the free metabolite concentrations in the model. These specifications were only given in the source code before."
