(A) jAspSnFR3-mRuby3 does not appreciably change its green fluorescence in response to other amino acids (alanine, phenylalanine, glycine, histidine (red line), isoleucine, leucine, methionine, proline, glutamine, arginine, serine, threonine, valine, or tryptophan).
