The genome of 'Candidatus Finniella inopinata', endosymbiont of Peranema trichophorum strain CCAP 1260/1B and endosymbiont of Stachyamoeba lipophora strain ATCC 50324 were deposited in NCBI GenBank under the BioProject PRJNA501864.
